ALPHA40FIT

The Person Behind the Site

About
Andrei Alencar

Most health sites are run by people who read about health. This one is run by someone who has practiced it professionally for over two decades and has tested most of these protocols on himself.

I'm a registered nutritionist based in Brazil, with a career focused on performance and men's health. I'm also a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt — national champion in 2013 — and I still train five days a week at 49.

Why This Site Exists

After 40, the rules change. Recovery takes longer. Testosterone drops. Body composition shifts. The training and nutrition approaches that worked at 28 need to be recalibrated.

Most content aimed at men over 40 is either too conservative ("just walk more") or too aggressive (TRT protocols pushed without context). There's a gap for evidence-based, practical information written by someone who actually trains and understands the science.

That's what Alpha40Fit is. No motivational padding. No vague advice. Just what the research says — filtered through real-world experience.

What I Write About

Testosterone optimization. Natural and pharmaceutical approaches to male hormonal health. Resistance training protocols for men 40+. Supplement analysis — ingredient by ingredient. Longevity strategies that don't require giving up the things that make life worth living.

If there's an affiliate link on this site, it means I've reviewed the product's ingredient list and believe it's worth recommending. I don't promote supplements with poor formulas just because the commissions are good.

A Note on Affiliate Relationships

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you buy through them, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how the site generates revenue and stays free.

My editorial process doesn't change based on commission rates. Products that don't meet the ingredient standard don't get recommended here.
